CoughAssist jako součást respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů s míšní lézí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce ,,CoughAssist jako součást respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů s míšní lézí'' bude rešerší pojednávající o přístroji CoughAssist, který je konkrétním přístrojem mechanické insuflace-exsuflace, jenž se využívá v rámci respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů s míšní lézí. Obecně se bude zabývat problematikou spinálních pacientů s uvedením klinických projevů a klasifikace u míšních lézí. Bude v ní konkrétněji popsána respirační problematika u spinálních pacientů, vliv úrovně léze na respirační funkce pacienta a také respirační komplikace související s míšní lézí. Budou v ní uvedeny metody hodnocení stavu pacienta z hlediska respirační fyzioterapie a také techniky, které se v rámci respirační fyzioterapie u spinálních pacientů užívají. Dále se práce bude zabývat poruchami expektorace, obrazem kašle u spinálních pacientů a možnostmi léčby těchto poruch v rámci respirační fyzioterapie, a to především pomocí mechanického insuflátoru-exsuflátoru CoughAssist. Práce představí jeho možnosti využití, účinky a postavení v rámci respirační fyzioterapie. Poté bude v práci na základě vědeckých studií zhodnocena efektivita a celkové možnosti užití CoughAssist u spinálních pacientů. The bachelor thesis ,,CoughAssist in espiratory physiotherapy in patients with spinal cord lesions'' will be a research about CoughAssist, which is a specific mechanical insufflation- exsufflation device used in respiratory physiotherapy in patients with spinal cord lesions. It will discuss spinal patients with introduction of clinical manifestations and classification in spinal lesions. It will more specifically describe respiratory issues in spinal patients, the effect of lesion level on the patient's respiratory function, and respiratory complications associated with spinal lesions. Methods of assessing the patient's condition in terms of respiratory physiotherapy will be presented, as well as techniques used in respiratory physiotherapy in spinal patients. Furthermore, the thesis will discuss expectoration disorders, the cough pattern in spinal patients and the possibilities of treating these disorders within the framework of respiratory physiotherapy, especially with the CaughAssist mechanical insufflator-exsufflator. The thesis will present its possible uses, effects and position within respiratory physiotherapy.
