Vzdělávání v oblasti duševního zdraví pro učitele druhého stupně základních škol

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of mental healthand pays attentionto the identification of educational opportunities in this area for teachers. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the educational opportunities and the offer of educational courses for teachers of the second grade of primary schools in the Czech Republic in the field of mental health. The partial goal of the work is to characterize the role of the state and other actors involved in teacher education in this area. First, basic terms,concepts and components of mental health are defined. Then, the key strategic national and transnational documents, related to the topic of health and its promotion, are presented. Next, the specifics of the teaching profession are described withan emphasis on identifyingthe specific characteristicsof a teacher of the second grade of primary schools. Furthermore, the work describes the specific effects on the mental health of teachers of the second grade of primary schools. Subsequently, the chapters of the work are devoted to identifying the reasons or possible barriers to the participation of second-grade teachers in educational activities in the field of mental health. Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem duševního zdraví a identifikuje možnosti vzdělávání v této oblasti pro učitele. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální vzdělávací možnosti a nabídku vzdělávacích kurzů pro učitele druhého stupně základních škol v České republice v oblasti duševního zdraví. Dílčím cílem práce je charakterizovat roli státu i dalších aktérů, kteří se podílejí na vzdělávání učitelův této oblasti.Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, koncepty a složkyduševníhozdraví. Následně jsoupředstavenyklíčové strategické národní a nadnárodní dokumenty vztahující se k tématu duševního zdraví a jeho podpory. Dále jsou popsány specifika profese učitele s důrazem na identifikaci specifickýchcharakteristik učitele druhého stupně základních škol. Dále práce popisuje vlivy působící na duševní zdraví učitelů druhého stupně základních škol. Další kapitoly práce se věnují identifikaci důvodů či možných bariér účasti učitelů druhého stupně na vzdělávacích aktivitách v oblasti duševního zdraví. Diplomová práce blíže rozpracovává možnosti dalšího profesního vzdělávání učitelů v této oblasti. Cílem kvantitativního empirického šetření je identifikovat důvody a bariéry účasti učitelů druhého stupně základních škol v Praze a ve Středočeském kraji k participaci na vzdělávacích aktivitách v oblasti duševního zdraví....
