Postižené končetiny mají charakterizující vzhled golfových holí s kontrakcí nohy mediálním směrem. Mediální strana klubfootu v oblasti kolem hlezenního kloubu obsahuje fibrózní tkáň, která je tvořena zvýšeným množstvím kolagenu produkovaného buňkami fibrózou. Výsledkem fibrózy se tkáň na mediální straně bérce jeví ortopedům jako tuhá a klubfoot je v literatuře charakterizován jako kontraktovaný a tuhý bez zjevné kvantifikace mechanických...

The affected feet have a distinct club-like appearance, where the feet are contracted to the medial side. The medial side contains fibrotic tissue, which contains an increased amount of collagen deposited by cells through fibrosis.
