Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po TEP kolenního kloubu

Autor: Tereza Morávková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou po stavu TEP kolenního kloubu. Zároveň zpracování teoretických poznatků diagnózy a pojednání o její léčbě z pohledu fyzioterapie. Metody: Kazuistiku jsem zpracovávala v období 9.1. - 19.1.2024 na pracovišti CLPA s.r.o. Celkem jsem s pacientem absolvovala 10 terapií, kdy první terapie je branná jako vstupní kineziologický rozbor. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou teoreticky zpracované informace týkající se anatomie a kineziologie kolenního kloubu, osteoartrózy a její léčby, pojednání o totálních náhradách kolenního kloubu a způsobu operace. Na závěr pohled na rehabilitační přístupy po operaci kloubní náhrady na úrovni Evidence Based Medicine. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče o pacienta proběhla bez komplikací. Během rehabilitačního pobytu v CLPA došlo k pozitivnímu ovlivnění stavu pacienta. Podrobnější výsledky jsou uvedeny v závěru vyšetření a ve zhodnocení efektu terapie. Author: Tereza Moravkova Supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Zakova, Ph.D. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of knee replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed after knee TEP. At the same time, elaboration of the theoretical knowledge of the diagnosis and discussion of its treatment from the perspective of physiotherapy. Methods: I worked on the case report in the period 9.1. - 19.1.2024 at the workplace of CLPA s.r.o. In total, I completed 10 therapies with the patient, the first therapy being the initial kinesiological analysis. In the theoretical part, theoretical information concerning anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, osteoarthritis and its treatment, discussion of total knee replacements and the method of surgery are presented. Finally, a look at rehabilitation approaches after knee replacement surgery at the level of Evidence Based Medicine Results: The patient's physiotherapy care was uneventful. During the rehabilitation stay at CLPA, the patient's condition was positively affected.
