Petra Mrkvičková Number of pages: 101 Number of attachments: 3 Year of defense: 2024 Keywords: central venous catheter, intensive care unit, experience, general nurse, nursing care The bachelor thesis focuses on the experiences of nurses in the care with central venous catheters at the intensive care units at the University Hospital Hradec Králové. The main objective was to compare and ascertain the experiences of nurses from the surgical, cardioangiologic, neurological ICU and the ARO department. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part covers the anatomy of the venous system, the history and significance of central venous catheters, classification of catheters according to various criteria and parameters, indications and contraindications and nursing care for CVC. The empirical part describes the results obtained through quantitative research methods - questionnaire surveys conducted in the respective departments. These results are illustrated using graphs and tables.

Hlavním cílem bylo porovnat a zjistit zkušenosti sester z chirurgické, kardioangiologické, neurologické JIP a oddělení ARO. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je uvedena anatomie žilního systému, historie CŽK a její význam, dále rozdělení katétrů dle různých hledisek a parametrů, indikace a kontraindikace a ošetřovatelská péče o CŽK. V empirické části jsou popsány výsledky, které byly zjištěny metodou kvantitativního výzkumu - dotazníkové šetření na jednotlivých odděleních. Tyto výsledky jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů a tabulek.
