98 Právní postavení a činnost České národní banky Abstrakt Tématem této diplomové práce je právní postavení a činnost České národní banky (ČNB). Cílem práce je v prvé řadě obecně vymezit vnitrostátní postavení a činnost ČNB, poukázat na její pozici v rámci unijní regulace a dohledu nad finančním trhem, analyzovat současné pojetí zelených dluhopisů, jakožto nástroje environmentálně udržitelného financování a v neposlední řadě vymezit přístup ČNB k zeleným dluhopisům, a to jak z pozice emitenta, tak z pozice regulátora. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních bloků. První blok pojednává o obecném vymezení činností a postavení ČNB. Zahrnuje v sobě úvodní charakteristiku ČNB, její ústavní základy a organizační strukturu. Druhá část práce se zabývá konkrétními funkcemi ČNB. Zabývá se vymezením přímých i nepřímých nástrojů měnové politiky ČNB, její emisní činností, devizovou politikou a dohledem nad finančním trhem. Práce analyzuje dohled nad úvěrovými institucemi, dohled nad kapitálovým trhem, dohled v pojišťovnictví, dohled nad penzijními fondy, dohled nad platebními institucemi a institucemi elektronických peněz a v neposlední řadě dohled nad směnárnami. Třetí blok práce se zabývá Evropským orgánem pro bankovnictví, Evropskou radou pro systémová rizika a Evropským systémem dohledu nad finančním trhem....

99 Legal status and operations of the Czech National Bank Abstract The topic of this thesis is the legal status and activities of the Czech National Bank (CNB). The aim of the thesis is to define the national status and activities of the CNB in general, to point out its position within the EU regulation and within the supervision of the financial market, to analyse the current concept of Green Bonds as the instrument of environmentally sustainable financing and to define the approach of the CNB to Green Bonds, both from the perspective of the issuer and of the regulator. The work is divided into four main blocks. The first one deals with the general definition of the CNB's activities and its status, including the introductory characteristics of the CNB, its constitutional foundations and organisational structure. The second part deals with the specific functions of the CNB, its definition of direct and indirect monetary policy instruments, its emission activity, foreign exchange policy and supervision of the financial market.
