Raná péče a její význam v oblasti intervence rodin dítěte se sluchovým postižením

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována významu intervence rané péče v rodinách dětí se sluchovým postižením. Teoretická část se zabývá sluchovým postižením, jeho kategorizací, včasnou diagnostikou a možnostmi kompenzace. Dále je popsána osobnost dítěte se sluchovým postižením raného věku, představena jsou jednotlivá vývojová a stadia a specifika pro tuto konkrétní skupinu dětí. Jedna z podkapitol je věnována vývoji komunikace a nejběžněji využívaným komunikačním systémům. Popsána je také rodina dítěte se sluchovým postižením. A v neposlední řadě se tato část práce zabývá teorií rané péče a jejím legislativním vymezením v tuzemském kontextu a následně předškolním vzděláváním a inkluzí dětí se sluchovým postižením. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno kvalitativním přístupem. Hlavním výzkumným cílem této práce je zjistit aktuální způsob poskytování odborné intervence rodinám dětí se sluchovým postižením a popsat probíhající spolupráci mezi jednotlivými subjekty. Konkrétně je kladen důraz na popsání vztahu mateřských škol a rané péče, především jsou pak zkoumány důvody a přínosy této spolupráce. Výzkumný vzorek pochází z jednoho regionu, popisovaná spolupráce je tak reálná. Využitou výzkumnou metodou jsou polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly distribuovány odborníkům věnujícím se rané intervenci a jsou vyhodnoceny...

The thesis is dedicated to the importance of early childhood intervention in families of children with hearing impairment. The theoretical part deals with hearing impairment, its categorization, early diagnosis and possibilities of compensation. Furthermore, the personality of the child with early hearing impairment is described, the different developmental stages and specifics for this particular group of children are presented. One of the subchapters is devoted to the development of communication and the most commonly used communication systems. The family of the child with hearing impairment is also described. Last but not least, this part of the thesis deals with the theory of early childhood intervation and its legislative definition in the domestic context, followed by preschool education and inclusion of children with hearing impairment. The research is conducted using a qualitative approach. The main research aim of this thesis is to identify the current way of providing professional intervention to families of children with hearing impairment and to describe the ongoing cooperation between the different subjects.
