Homesharing-motivace hostitelů k zapojení se do projektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání motivace dobrovolníků zapojených v projektu homesharing. Homesharing je služba fungující na komunitním principu dobrovolnické aktivity hostitelů, kteří svůj volný čas věnují dětem s autismem a poskytují tak podporu rodinám těchto dětí. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu se práce snaží odpovědět na otázku, co motivuje jednotlivce k tomu, aby se do homesharingu zapojili. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí a popisem poruch autistického spektra a službami dostupnými v České republice pro rodiny s dětmi s postižením. Dále se věnuje konceptu homesharingu, prosociálnímu chování, altruismu a dobrovolnictví. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu a přináší detailní analýzu rozhovorů s hostiteli. Výsledky mohou přispět k lepšímu pochopení motivů dobrovolníků a mohou být využity pro rozvoj dobrovolnických programů v oblasti péče o osoby s postižením.

Diploma work is focused on examining the motivation of volunteers involved in the homesharing project. Homesharing is a service functioning on a community principle of voluntary activity of hosts who devote their free time to children with autism and thus provide support to families of these children. On the basis of qualitative research, the work tries to answer the question of what motivates individuals to get involved in homesharing. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition and description of autism spectrum disorders and services available in the Czech Republic for families with children with disabilities. Furthermore, it deals with the concept of homesharing, prosocial behavior, altruism, and volunteering. The empirical part is based on qualitative research and provides a detailed analysis of interviews with hosts. The results can contribute to a better understanding of the motives of volunteers and can be used for the development of volunteer programs in the area of care for people with disabilities.
