Abstract

Zdravotní sestry v Česku z (geo)demografického pohledu Abstrakt Cílem této práce je analyzovat zdravotní sestry v českém systému zdravotnictví z demografického i geografického hlediska. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na vývoj počtu, kapacity a pohlavně věkové struktury zdravotních sester, ale také na analýzu věkového profilu vstupujících a vystupujících těchto pracovníků do/ze systému či základní regionální odlišnosti. K analýze byla využita data VZP (Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny České republiky) za období let 2012-2023. Analýza potvrdila postupné stárnutí zdravotních sester v Česku, přičemž dynamika tohoto procesu se liší jak regionálně, tak podle typu zdravotní péče. Nurses in Czechia from a (geo)demographic perspective Abstract The aim of this thesis is to analyse nurses in the Czech healthcare system from demographic and geographic perspectives. The thesis focuses not only on the nursing workforce, the age and sex structure but also on the age structure of nurses leaving and entering the healthcare system. The data for a more detailed analysis was obtained from the VZP (General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic) and cover the period between the years 2012 and 2023. The analysis has shown an ageing trend in the nursing workforce with certain sectors and regions of Czechia ageing more than others. Keywords: nurses, workforce, age structure, healthcare system
