Analýza rámcování obnovitelných zdrojů energie a jaderné energie ve francouzském a českém tisku v letech 2021 až 2022

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rámcování obnovitelných zdrojů energie a jaderné energie ve francouzském a českém tisku v letech 2021 až 2022. Cílem je zjistit, zda se rámce těchto dvou zdrojů energie mezi zeměmi liší i s ohledem na dané období a postoji zemí k energetickým mixům. Dále je cílem zjistit, zda se rámce liší s ohledem na předsednictví zemí v Radě Evropské unie v roce 2022. Jde o komparaci dvou případových studii za využití kvalitativní obsahové analýzy článků z vybraných deníků v jednotlivých letech, které jsou analyzovány a tříděny do vzniklých rámců. Obě země vykazují největší zastoupení rámce, který podporuje oba zdroje energie zároveň, nebo je vnímá neutrálně. Vyšší podporu obnovitelných zdrojů energie v porovnání s jadernou energií má francouzský tisk. V českém tisku má naopak větší zastoupení rámec podporující jadernou energii v porovnání s obnovitelnými zdroji energie. Změna rámců během předsednictví se neprojevuje. I přes skoro vyrovnané zastoupení rámců se největší odlišnost ukazuje v obrazu energetických zdrojů jako takových, které se v zemích v daném období lišily. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the framing of renewable energy and nuclear energy in the French and Czech press press between 2021 and 2022. The aim is to find out whether the framing of these two energy sources differs between countries also with regard to the period and the countries' attitudes towards energy mixes. Furthermore, the aim is to find out whether the frames differ with respect to the countries' presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2022. This involves a comparison of two case studies using qualitative content analysis of articles from selected newspapers in each year, which are analysed and sorted into the resulting frames. Both countries show the largest representation of a frame that supports both energy sources simultaneously or perceives them neutrally. The French press has a higher support for renewable energy compared to nuclear energy. On the contrary, the Czech press has a greater representation of the framework supporting nuclear energy compared to renewable energy sources. The change of frameworks during the presidency does not appear.
