Podemos jako příklad úspěšného přerodu z hnutí do politické strany

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na transformaci hnutí Podemos na politickou stranu a kontext této transformace. Zabývá se charakteristikami strany Podemos v průběhu její existence, aby poskytla ucelený kontext pro analýzu její transformace včetně důvodů a podmínek spojených s tímto přerodem. Pro výzkum je využita kvalitativní analýza. První část se zaměřuje na průběh transformace Podemos, na klíčové momenty a významné aspekty tohoto procesu, přičemž analýza naznačuje, že mezi hlavní momenty patří změna ve volebních programech a změny v profilu strany směrem k populistickému chování, a také aspirace k vertikálnímu pohybu po mocenské lince, namísto horizontální. Druhá část se zabývá spojitostí mezi Podemos a konceptem movement party. Ten je v práci popsán a pomocí deduktivní analýzy je zjištěno, do jaké míry spolu Podemos a movement party souvisí, zda lze Podemos zařadit do této kategorie a jaké jsou k tomu potřeba splnit parametry. Výsledky ukazují, že na základě definice od Kitschelta Podemos přechází od hnutí k straně prostřednictvím institucionalizace a změn ve svém profilu, který se z původního protestního hnutí proměňuje na etablovanou politikou stranu podílející se na tvorbě španělské politiky.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the transformation of the Podemos movement into a political party and the context of this transformation. It examines the characteristics of the Podemos party throughout its existence to provide a comprehensive context for analyzing its transformation, including the reasons and conditions associated with this transition. Qualitative analysis is employed for research purposes. The first part delves into the process of Podemos transformation, highlighting key moments and significant aspects of this process. The analysis suggests that among the main moments are changes in electoral programs and shifts in the party's profile towards populist behavior, as well as aspirations for vertical movement along the power line instead of horizontal. The second part addresses the connection between Podemos and the concept of a movement party. This concept is elucidated in the thesis, and through deductive analysis, the extent of the relationship between Podemos and the movement party is explored, along with whether Podemos can be classified into this category and what parameters need to be met for such classification.
