Kognitivní porucha u pacientů s akutním onemocněním mozku: Profil a rehabilitace

Abstract

1 ABSTRAKT Hlavní motivací pro zpracování této práce byl nedostatek jasně definovaného konceptu neurokognitivní rehabilitace pro pacienty s kognitivní poruchou v akutní fázi onemocnění, bránící v zavedení konzistentních postupů ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Dalším důležitým aspektem byla problematika neuropsychologického vyšetření v akutní péči, kde velmi často není možné provést podrobné neuropsychologické vyšetření přímo u lůžka pacienta. Klíčovou otázkou tedy je, jak efektivně identifikovat kognitivní deficity a následně plánovat neurokognitivní rehabilitaci v akutním prostředí, kde se počítá každá minuta. Důležité je také určit, kdo bude provádět neurokognitivní rehabilitaci v časných stádiích onemocnění. S ohledem na velký počet hospitalizovaných pacientů je nezbytné, aby tuto péči zajišťovali nejen psychologové, ale i další zdravotničtí pracovníci v rámci interdisciplinárního přístupu. Cílem této disertační práce je vytvoření modelu neurokognitivní rehabilitace v akutní péči, který bude sloužit jako základ pro Certifikovanou metodiku. Dále se práce zabývá výzkumem diagnostiky kognitivních deficitů a navrhuje postupy neurokognitivní rehabilitace u pacientů s akutním onemocněním mozku. 1 ABSTRACT The main motivation for this work was the lack of a clearly defined concept of neurocognitive rehabilitation for patients in the acute phase of the disease, preventing the implementation of consistent procedures in healthcare institutions. Another important aspect was the issue of neuropsychological examination in acute care, where it is very often impossible to perform a detailed neuropsychological examination at the patient's bedside. Therefore, a key issue is effectively identifying cognitive deficits and subsequently planning neurocognitive rehabilitation in the acute setting where every minute counts. It is also important to determine who will perform neurocognitive rehabilitation in the early stages of the disease. Given the large number of patients admitted to hospitals, this care must be provided not only by psychologists but also by other health professionals in an interdisciplinary approach. This dissertation aims to develop a model of neurocognitive rehabilitation in acute care that will serve as the basis for the Certified Methodology.
