Obtížně zaměstnatelné skupiny na trhu práce a jejich zaměstnávání v rámci sociálních podniků

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem obtížně zaměstnatelných skupin na trhu práce a jejich zaměstnáváním v sociálních podnicích. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje vymezení občanského sektoru a občanské společnosti. Dále je obsahem teoretické části vymezení sociální ekonomiky, včetně ekonomiky solidární. Následující kapitola se věnuje sociálnímu podnikání, jeho modelům a principům, s důrazem na kontext sociálního podnikání v České republice. Teoretická část zahrnuje také problematiku sociálního vyloučení, na což navazuje vymezení znevýhodněných skupin na trhu práce. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost také faktorům ovlivňujícím uplatnění člověka na trhu práce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá podporou obtížně zaměstnatelných skupin, se zaměřením na sociální podniky, státní instituce a Evropskou unii. Empirická část je zpracována formou případové studie, přičemž případem je sociální podnik Restart Shop. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké možnosti podpory nabízí sociální podnik Restart Shop obtížně zaměstnatelným osobám, s konkrétním zaměřením na osoby po výkonu trestu.

Diploma thesis deals with the topic of difficult-to-employ groups on the labour market and their employment in social enterprises. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is firstly devoted to the definition of the civil sector and civil society, focusing on civil society organizations and their functions. Next, the theoretical part defines the social economy, including the solidarity economy. The following chapter focuses on social entrepreneurship, its models and principles, with and emphasis on the context of social entrepreneurship in the Czech republic. The theoretical part also includes the issue of social exclusion, followed by the definition of disadvantaged groups on the labour market. In the theoretical part, attention is also paid to factors influencing a person's application on the labour market. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the support of difficult-to-employ groups, focusing on social enterprises, state institutions and the European Union. The empirical part is prepared in the form of a case study, the case being the social enterprise Restart Shop.
