KISS: strategie tlumočníka při simultánním tlumočení do mateřštiny a do aktivního cizího jazyka : zkoumáno na česko-francouzském materiálu

Abstract

Tématem zde předkládané magisterské diplomové práce je Strategie KISS ("Keep it short and simple") jako hypotetické ideální řešení při simultánním tlumočení do aktivního cizího jazyka. Jedná se o teoreticko-empirickou studii, jejímž cílem je zmapovat problematiku tlumočení do aktivního cizího jazyka a strategií používaných při simultánním tlumočení, s důrazem na strategii KISS a následně v empirické části potvrdit nebo vyvrátit stanovenou pracovní hypotézu, tedy to, zda strategie KISS představuje ideální a dominantní mechanismus používaný při tlumočení do aktivního cizího jazyka. Takzvaný retour, neboli tlumočení do aktivního cizího jazyka patří mezi nejdiskutovanější otázky v oblasti teorie tlumočení a dlouhá léta bylo v zemích západní Evropy, ovlivněných teorií smyslu, jejíž stoupenci se sdružili okolo pařížské ESIT, dokonce považováno za zcela nepřípustný směr tlumočení. Situace se změnila s pádem Berlínské zdi a nástupem globalizace a retour se tak postupně stal běžnou součástí zasedání ve všech mezinárodních organizacích. V naší kapitole věnované tlumočení do aktivního cizího jazyka jsme se zaměřili nejen na odlišný přístup v zemích západní Evropy a ve státech takzvaného bývalého sovětského bloku, ale zabývali jsme se i problematikou výzkumu v oblasti retouru, rolí tlumočníka, řečníka, významem...

This thesis focuses on the topic of the KISS strategy ("Keep it short and simple") as a hypothetical ideal solution for simultaneous interpreting into the active language. The purpose of this theoretical and empirical study is to describe the issue of interpreting into the active language (B language) and the strategies used in simultaneous interpreting, with emphasis on the KISS strategy. The paper is divided into two parts: theoretical part and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we set up the working hypothesis that we will confirm or disprove in the empirical part. We suppose that the KISS strategy is the ideal and predominant mechanism used for interpreting into the B language. The "retour" or interpretation into the active foreign language presents one of the most discussed topics on the field of interpretation theory. For a long time, Western Europe has been under the influence of the Interpretive Theory of Translation based at the ESIT in Paris. The Interpretive Theory of Translation was followed by many theoreticians and practicians who considered the "retour" to be a non-standard or even inadmissible direction of interpreting. The situation changed after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the onset of the globalization, and the interpretation into the B language has gradually become an everyday...
