Sexualita lidí s mentálním postižením z perspektivy etiky a lidských práv

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na osoby s mentálním postižením, jejím předmětem je etická reflexe sociálních podmínek k realizaci práv těchto osob v oblasti sexuality. Cílem práce je zmapovat stávající situaci, poukázat na etická dilemata a hledat možnosti, jak z pohledu sociální práce přistupovat k dané problematice s respektem a úctou k lidské důstojnosti a rovnosti. Práce je členěna do tří částí. První část je věnována mentální retardaci, její definici a klasifikaci. Charakterizuje postižení z hlediska psychologie a specifických projevů v oblasti sexuality. Druhá část se zabývá etikou, jejími základními teoriemi, zvlášť principy křesťanské etiky a základy etiky pro sociální práci. Představuje lidská práva jako základní kritérium pro působení v oblasti sociální práce. Třetí část práce se věnuje současným metodám sociální práce v oblasti sexuality osob s mentálním postižením. Vymezuje její legislativní rámec a kritéria pro kvalitu sociální služby, poukazuje na etická dilemata současného přístupu. Na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy ke zkvalitnění života lidí s mentálním postižením v oblasti sexuality. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The work focuses people with mental disabilities; its issue is the ethical reflexion of social conditions leading to the realisation of that people's rights in the sphere of sexuality. The work's target is to map the current situation, to point at ethical dilemmas and to search possibilities how to approach the existing problems with respect and reverence to the human dignity and equality from the socialJwork point of view. The work is divided into three parts. The first one attends to the mental retardation, its definition and classification. It defines the affection in light of 4 psychology and specific exposures in sexuality. The following part concerns with morality, its philosophy, especially the Christian work's ethics and the morality principles of socialJwork. It presents human rights as the basic criterion of the operation in socialJwork. The third part follows the existing methods of socialJwork in the sphere of the sexuality of people with mental disabilities. It determinates its legislative frame and the criterions of the quality of socialJwork; it points at the ethical dilemmas of the current approach.
