Formování regionálního inovačního systému Zlínského kraje

Abstract

The thesis called "Formation of the regional innovation system in Zlin Region" in the theoretical part presents a conception of the regional innovation systems of which principle is support of creation of innovations based on participation and mutual learning proceedings of a wide range of regional participants and with those related conceptions. In the empirical part there is the Regional innovation strategy (further RS) analysed, respectively as a developing strategic document (i.e. fact and methodically aspect), also as a tool supporting the development of the regional innovation systems. Secondly, the subject of interest are participants of the institutional research and development infrastructure, their activities and mutual relationships. The conclusion of this thesis points at a positive progress during past years in the field of the Zlin region innovation environment (implementation of RS, the creation of innovation infrastructure or the existing activities supporting the creation of innovations, etc.). In comparison with the conception RIS features the Zlin RIS with serious undevelopment.
