Ve sve bakalárske praci se zabyvam problematikou ucinneho vedeni lidi v organizaci ve vztahu k napliiovani dIu organizace. Dale se zamefuji na stezejni principy procesu vedeni lidi. Charakterizuji proces vedeni a osobnost vlidce, ktery je aktivnim uskuteciiovatelem procesu vedeni lidi v organizaci. UCinne vedeni lidi je zde hodnoceno predevsim z hlediska vYvoje teorii organizace a fizeni ve vztahu k pozadavkum organizace na rizeni. Dale se zabyvam jeho vztahem k leadershipu a jeho vYvoji. Zohlediiuji take motivaci a motivacni teorie. CHern teto prace je sumarizace soucasnych nazorU a pfistupu k problematice vedeni lidi a vytvoreni teoretickYch zakladu pro hlubSi porozumeni dane problematice pro ucely vYkonu personalniho rizeni v orgamzacl.
In my bachelor thesis I describe problems of effective leadership in organization in relation with organization's objectives filling. I focus here on main principles of leadership process. I characterize process of leadership and personality of leader, who is active executor of this process in organization. The effective leadership is here evaluated mainly from organization theory point of view and in relation with requirements to management, especially its relation with leadership and its development. I consider motivation and motivation theories as well. The objective of this work is summarization of present opinions and approaches to problems of leadership and creation theoretical base for deeper understanding of these problems under perfonnance of personnel management in organization.
