HPLC, chromatographic tests, modern reversed columnZa pomoci jednoduchých chromatografických testů (Waltersův a Engelhardtův) byly zjištěny základní vlastnosti tří moderních reverzních HPLC kolon, které byly následně porovnány na základě jejich hydrofobnosti, silanolové aktivity, účinnosti a selektivity.
Simple chromatographic tests (Walters and Engelhardt) were used for determination of chromatographic characteristics of three modern reversed HPLC columns, which were consequently compared on the basis of hydrophobicity, silanol activity, efficiency and selectivity.
