Abstract

Diagnostika a terapie urogenitálních infekcí způsobených Chlamydia trachomatis Práce stručně shrnuje problematiku urogenitálních infekcí Chlamydia trachomatis. Zabývá se jejich etiologií i patogenezí, klinickým obrazem, diagnostickými možnostmi a terapií. Její součástí je stručný popis a výsledky již publikovaných studií zabývajících se imunofluorescenční diagnostikou antigenu, detekcí genomu polymerázovou řetězovou reakcí a samotnou terapií.

ABSTARKT Diagnostics and therapy of urogenital infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis The study considers problems of urogenital infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. It deals with their etiology, pathogenesis, the clinical outcome, diagnostics and therapy. It contains the short description and results already published studies dealing with the detection of the antigen by the direct fluorescent procedure, the detection of the genome by polymerase chain reaction and the therapy.
