Míra stresové zátěže sester na standardních odděleních a jednotkách intenzivní péče.

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o stresu, stresové zátěži a o míře stresové zátěže. Zkoumá, co zatěžuje více všeobecné sestry na JIPu a co na standardním oddělení, jaká jsou specifika jejich práce. Porovnává práci a zatížení sester na standardním oddělení a JIPu. Zabývá se tím, jaké situace ovlivňují stresovou zátěž sester. Nastiňuje příčiny, projevy a dopady stresu na lidský organismus. Věnuje se také syndromu vyhoření, který se velmi často vyskytuje u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí. Diplomová práce je dále zaměřena na směnný provoz (především na noční směnu), vztahy na pracovišti (sestra-sestra, sestra-lékař), na agresivní chování pacientů, na dostatek či nedostatek času na péči o pacienta. Metodou výzkumu je dotazník distribuovaný všeobecným sestrám na interních a chirurgických standardních odděleních a JIPu, ARO. Vyhodnocením otázek dotazníku potvrzuji či vyvracím hypotézy, které jsem stanovila na začátku výzkumu. Ze stanovených hypotéz se potvrdily 2 hypotézy a 5 hypotéz nebylo potvrzeno. Potvrdilo se, že směnný provoz a přetěžování sester, agresivita pacientů, péče o zmatené pacienty a špatné interpersonální vztahy vysoce zatěžují zdravotnický personál a podílí se významně na stresové zátěži sester.
