Syndrom vyhoření u sester

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Obsahem je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u sester. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na osobnostní profil všeobecné sestry. Charakterizovala jsem nejprve její osobnost, vlastnosti, psychologické problémy související s profesí. Navazuje kapitola zaměřená na syndrom vyhoření, která se zabývá příčinami vzniku stavu vyhoření, jeho projevy v jednotlivých fázích procesu vyhoření a důsledky vyhoření spolu s jejich vlivem na povolání sestry. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována možnostem terapie, prevence a metodám zjišťování úrovně psychického vyhoření. Cílem empirické části je zjistit, zda jsou sestry ohroženy syndromem vyhoření, zda znají problematiku příčin, projevů a možnosti prevece syndromu vyhoření. K uskutečnění výzkumného šetření byla použita dotazníková metoda. Zkoumaný vzorek tvořilo 84 respondentek. Zjistila jsem, že sestry jsou ohrožené syndromem vyhoření hlavně v rovině řízení, kde neexistuje velmi často zpětná vazba o výsledcích práce. V rovině emocionální dotázané trpí nedostatkem uznání a ocenění. Z výzkumného šetření je zřejmé, že 56 % sester se domnívá, že je dostatečně informováno o tom, co je syndrom vyhoření. The bachelor thesis has theoretical as well as empirical character. Its content focuses on the issue of burnout syndrome in nurses. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on personality profile of a general nurse. I first characterize her personality, characters, psychological problems related to the profession. The next chapter focused on burnout syndrome deals with the causes of burnout syndrome, its symptoms in the individual phases of burning out and the results of burnout together with their influence on the profession of a nurse. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the possibilities of therapy, prevention and methods of evaluating the extent of psychical burnout. The aim of the empirical part was to find out whether nurses are threatened by burnout syndrome, whether they know the causes, symptoms, and possibilities of burnout syndrome prevention. The questionnaire method was applied to the research. The research sample consisted of 84 respondents. I have found that they are particularly threatened with burnout syndrome at the management level where a feedback of work results rarely exists.
