Soubor kasulí z doby vlády Jagellonců z hradu Karlštejna

Abstract

Práce zahrnuje stručný nástin historie karlštejnské kapituly do 16. století, stavebně historický vývoj hradu Karlštejn, detailní popis a technologický průzkum kasulí, ikonografický rozbor a komparace s analogickými předměty v evropském kontextu. Předměty jsou hodnoceny na základě technologického rozboru, literatury, fotografií a restaurátorských zpráv z archivu NPÚ, tedy před restaurátorským zásahem provedeným v sedmdesátých letech 20. století.

The aim of the dissertation is to cover brief history of Karlstejn till the 16th century as well as the historical evolution of the castle as such, further detail description and technological analyses of chasubles, their iconography and comparison with relative subjects in European context. Original form of chasubles prior to their restauration in 70s of the last century will be described according to the technological analysis, literature and photos from NPU archive.
