Činnost vybraných neziskových organizací zabývajících se domácím násilím

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem "Činnost vybraných neziskových organizací zabývající se domácím násilím" se, jak již název napovídá, zabývá zmapováním všech oblastí činnosti, které vytváří vybrané organizace, které si daly za cíl boj proti domácímu násilí. Vybrané organizace se zabývají jak sekundární a terciární prevencí domácího násilí, která zahrnuje hlavně práci s klienty - oběťmi domácího násilí, tak prevencí primární. Tento typ prevence zahrnuje práci s veřejností a zapojování do legislativních procesů. Tyto tři druhy činnosti jsou provozovány na sobě nezávisle. Tomu odpovídá i první část mé práce, část teoretická. Ta popisuje jednak obecně organizace občanského sektoru a jejich rozdělení dle druhů činnosti, zapojování těchto organizací do ovlivňování veřejné politiky a tvorby zákonů a práci s veřejností těchto organizací. V druhé části teoretické práce je teoretický rámec týkající se domácího násilí jako společenského problému včetně současné platné legislativy souvislé s domácím násilím. Empirická část se věnuje konkrétnímu popisu činnosti vybraných neziskových organizací a také se snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda ovlivňuje genderově podmíněný náhled na domácí násilí tuto činnost. The thesis titled " The activities of selected non-profit organizations dealing with domestic violence ", as the name suggests, deals with the mapping of all areas of activity, which the selected organizations creates, that have set themselves the objective of struggle against domestic violence. Selected organizations are engaged in both secondary and tertiary prevention of domestic violence, which mainly involves working with clients - victims of domestic violence and primary prevention. Primary prevention involves working with the public and participation in the legislative process. These three activities are operated independently. This corresponds to the first part of my work, the theoretical part. It describes in the general organization of the civil sector and their sorting by type of activity , the involvement of these organizations in influencing public policy and making laws and public relations of these organizations. In the second part of the theoretical part is a theoretical framework regarding domestic violence as a social problem, including current legislation related to domestic violence.
