Abstract

Autor: Kopetschková Kateřina Název bakalářské práce: Laboratorní vyšetření funkce štítné žlázy Studijní obor: Zdravotní laborant, kombinovaná forma Bakalářská práce se zabývá všeobecně štítnou žlázou. Je rozdělená na 2 části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií štítné žlázy, vyšetřovacími postupy, hormony a nemocemi včetně diagnostiky. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním výsledků hormonu TSH ve 2 nejmenovaných laboratořích v Ostravě. Mým cílem bylo zhodnotit a srovnat rozdílné hodnoty TSH a zjistit, proč tomu tak je. Veškeré výsledky jsou doplněny v tabulce a zobrazeny v grafech.

It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the thyroid gland, investigative procedures, including hormones and disease diagnostics. The practical part deals with the processing of the results of the hormone TSH in two unnamed laboratories in Ostrava. My goal was to evaluate and compare different values of TSH and find out why this is so. All results are added in the table and shown in the graphs.
