Zázemí a podpora u seniorů při náhlé změně soběstačnosti

Abstract

Resumé: My dissertation work concepts the problem between safe territory and seniors' support in sudden self-sufficiency change. This work is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part focuses on self-sufficiency, quality of life, wider family territory of seniors and availability to medical and social care. All dates I got from the czech contemporary literature and other sources. I determined successive tasks and hypothesis. Tasks of this work: Find out the most frequent reasons and changes in self-sufficient of the seniors. Find out the wider families conditions of the seniors, who return whit a change of the self-sufficient. Find out living and barriers conditions of own enviroment and make up the helps for the seniors. Find out the posibilities of the social services and to help the seniors whit a limited self-sufficient. Working hypothesis: I. I think, the seniors whit the limited sel sufficient want to live in their own enviroment. II. I think, that a sudden change of the self-sufficient of the seniors influences their other families members. III. I suppose, that barriers and living conditions aren't suitable with regard to changes of self-sufficient. IV. Diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou zázemí a podpory seniorů při náhlé změně soběstačnosti. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřená na soběstačnost, kvalitu života, širší rodinné zázemí seniorů a na dostupnou zdravotní a sociální péči. Veškeré údaje jsem čerpala z české současné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Stanovila jsem následující cíle a hypotézy: Cíle práce: Zjistit nejčastější důvody a změny v soběstačnosti seniorů. Zjistit širší rodinné zázemí seniorů, kteří se vracející se změněnou soběstačností. Zjistit bytové a bariérové podmínky vlastního prostředí a kompenzační pomůcky seniorů. Zjistit možnosti sociálních služeb a pomoci seniorům s omezenou soběstačností. Pracovní hypotézy: I. Domnívám se, že senioři s omezenou soběstačností chtějí i nadále žít ve svém vlastním prostředí. II. Domnívám se, že náhlá změna soběstačnosti seniorů ovlivní jejich širší rodinné zázemí. III. Domnívám se, že bytové a bariérové podmínky seniorů nejsou vyhovující vzhledem ke změně soběstačnosti. IV. Domnívám se, že senioři vlastní a mají možnost získat vhodné kompenzační pomůcky vzhledem ke změně soběstačnosti. V.
