Efektová kamera a její uplatnění v televizním zpravodajství

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na pronikání efektové kamery do televizního zpravodajství v souvislosti s rozvojem nových moderních technologií a jejich dostupností. Jejím cílem je popsat funkci efektové kamery ve zpravodajství a publicistice a jevy s ní spojené. V úvodu práce je rozebrán teoretický rámec tří základních typů obrazových a kompozičních záběrů z hlediska vztahu k divákovi televizního zpravodajství a vliv takových záběrů na objektivitu vysílaného audiovizuálního materiálu. Dále se text věnuje historii technologického vývoje snímací techniky vedoucího k současnému úspěchu nových technologií mezi amatéry i profesionálními kameramany a žurnalisty. Jsou přiblíženy současné technologické trendy v oblasti pořizování efektových záběrů a popsána konkrétní filmová a televizní technika, včetně populárních kamer do extrémních podmínek a také létajících bezpilotních strojů. Pozornost je věnována také dopadům na etické problémy související s používáním těchto moderních technologií a stejně tak jejich bezpečnosti a ukotvení v zákoně. Praktická část popisuje některá příkladná použití efektové kamery ve zpravodajských a publicistických relací na kanálech ČT1 a TV NOVA.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on implementation of point-of-view style camera into television news in relation to the development and availability of the modern technologies. It's purpose is to describe the role of point-of-view camera in television news and journalism as a whole. The beginning of the thesis contains analysis of the three basic picture composition arangements in the view of their relation to the viewer of the television news and also their influence on the objectivity of the broadcasted material. Furthermore, this text describes history of the technological advance in the field of filmmaking equipment leading to it's resounding success among amateurs and professional filmmakers and journalists. Contemporary trends in this filmmaking technology are described, including current cameras and other equipment used in the field, such as even more popular unmanned flying vehicles, commonly known as drones. Attention is also brought to the impact and ethical issues resulting from the use of this equipment including it's potential danger to the public and also the law restrictions. Practical part of the thesis describes chosen examples of the point-of-view camera use in the czech news programs on the ČT1 and TV NOVA channels. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
