Možnosti a meze postpenitenciární péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce Možnosti a meze postpenitenciární péče se zabývá resocializačními snahami v průběhu trestu odnětí svobody, včetně programů zacházení, a následnou situací propuštěných osob. Během trestu pracují s odsouzenými pracovníci vězeňské služby i civilní zaměstnanci na různých pozicích. Důležitá je kontinuita práce především v sociální oblasti. Po propuštění můžou lidé vyhledat státní i nestátní organizace, které mají různou náplň činnosti. Pro mnohé je ale tato forma pomoci z různých důvodů neúčinná a hrozí jim sociální vyloučení. Státní i neziskové organizace hledají stále nové cesty, jak těmto lidem pomoci, a inspirují se i zahraničními modely práce. V této činnosti se angažují do jisté míry i církve a zřejmě je možné najít i další možnosti, kde místní sbory můžou poskytnout nějakou formu pomoci osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením. The thesis Possibilities and limitations of post-penitentiary care discusses resocialization efforts during incarceration, treatment programs, and the subsequent situation of the released. Professional prison staff as well as civilian workers on the different positions work with the sentenced during their incarceration. Continuity of the care is essential especially in the realm of social services. The released can seek out assistance from both governmental and non-governmental organizations with various scopes of activities. This form of assistance proves to be ineffective for many of the released for various reasons. They are at risk of social exclusion. Both governmental and non-governmental organizations strive to seek constantly new ways of effective assistance to these people. They look for successful models even from other countries. Churches also participate in these efforts. Local churches and fellowships might be able to find some new possibilities how to assist the released who are at high risk of social exclusion.
