Abstract

Bakalářská práce Faktory ovlivňující psychický stav závažně nemocného pacienta, pojednává o psychickém vyrovnávání se pacienta/jedince se závažným onemocněním a jeho boji s faktory, které působí na jeho psychiku. Přináší informace o zásadních změnách, které ovlivňují prožívání nemoci pacienta a jeho okolí. Práce se opírá o rozhovory s pracovníky, kteří o pacienty pečují. V závěru práce jsou popsány faktory, které zásadně ovlivňují psychický a tedy i zdravotní stav pacienta pomocí několika řízených otázek.

The Bachelor thesis entitled - Factors affecting the mental condition of seriously ill patients describes an individual's mental coping ability and his fight against factors that are connected with serious illness and are significantly affecting his mental condition. The thesis brings information about important changes that affect the patient's perception about his serious diagnosis. This thesis counters the theories put forth by people who work with seriously ill patients. At the end of the thesis, I describe the selection of factors that fundamentally affect the patient's mental state and health condition which were elicited from the questions put forth in the interviews.
