Uspokojování potřeb pacienta s chronickou obstrukční plicní chorobou

Abstract

Záměrem bakalářské bylo na základě průzkumného šetření zjistit, zda se potřeby pacientů s CHOPN mění v závislosti na stadiu onemocnění. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělená do tří kapitol. První se zabývá charakteristikou CHOPN, její diagnostikou a následnou léčbou. Druhá pojednává o klasifikaci potřeb, motivech a důsledcích, které plynou pro pacienty z nedostatečného uspokojení potřeb. Třetí část se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřování pacientů s CHOPN. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního průzkumu, který probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky byly distribuovány hospitalizovaným pacientům s chronickou obstrukční plicní chorobou ve stadiu II, III a IV na Pneumologické klinice 2. LF UK a FN Motol. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo anonymně, od července do prosince 2017. Celkem bylo osloveno 76 pacientů, z nichž se šetření tři zúčastnit nechtěli. Z průzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že pacienti ve II. stadiu mají odlišně stanovené potřeby, než pacienti ve stadiu III a IV. U respondentů ve II. stadiu byla zjištěna na prvním místě potřeba lásky, 100% z nich ji uvedlo jako potřebu důležitou. U pacientů ve III. stadiu jsou na prvním místě zachovány fyziologické potřeby, potřebu kyslíku uvedlo 100% respondentů, dále byly jako důležité stanoveny...

The intention of the thesis was based on an exploratory investigation to determine whether the needs of patients with COPD varies depending on the stage of the disease. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first slew characteristic of COPD, its diagnosis and subsequent treatment. The second deals with the classification of needs, motives and consequences that arise for patients insufficient meet the needs. The third part focuses on the specifics of treating patients with COPD. In the empirical part presents the results of quantitative research, which was conducted via questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stage II, III and IV on the second clinic of Pneumology, University Hospital Motol. Exploratory survey was conducted anonymously, from July to December 2017. The main criterion for selection of respondents were diagnosed with COPD, good physical condition, mental well-being and willingness of patients to share their feelings. A total of 76 patients were approached, of which three savings would not participate.
