The goal of this thesis is to discuss about the workings of community planning in Prague 3, and compare it with Prague 14, more appropriate tools and methods to enhance the functionality of community planning. The thesis will therefore be specifically described in the current functioning of community planning in urban areas, and consequently empirically on the basis of a qualified questionnaire recommend specific tools and methods for improving the work and the use of community planning. And also provide education about community planning.
