Kvalita života pacientů s trvalým kardiostimulátorem

Abstract

Background: The bachelor thesis deals with quality of life of patients with implanted pacemaker. After implantation of the pacemaker there are significant changes that affect the quality of life of patients. The theoretical part analyzes the issue of cardiostimulation, the area of quality of life is also devoted. Last but not least, the theoretical part is focused on the quality of life of patients with implanted pacemaker. Objectives: The main research goal is to map the quality of life of patients with an implanted pacemaker. On the basis of the main research goal, partial research goals are mapped, the patient's view of changes in psychic experience and the patient's view of his / her physical condition and functional status, as well as the opinion of the patient with an implanted pacemaker on his / her social area. Last but not least, they analyze how a patient with an implanted pacemaker evaluates education and information on cardiac stimulation. Methods: The research was conducted on the basis of a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews with six patients. Východiska: Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Po implantaci kardiostimulátoru dochází k výrazným změnám, které ovlivňují kvalitu života pacientů. Teoretická část analyzuje problematiku kardiostimulace, dále je věnován prostor kvalitě života. Také je teoretická část zaměřena na kvalitu života pacientů s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Cíle: Hlavním výzkumným cílem je zmapovat kvalitu života pacientů s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Na podkladě hlavního výzkumného cíle, jsou stanoveny dílčí výzkumné cíle, které mapují názor pacientů na změny v psychickém prožívání a názor pacientů na jejich fyzickou kondici a funkční stav. Dále zjišťují názor pacienta s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem na sociální oblast jeho života. Také analyzují, jak pacienti s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem hodnotí edukaci a informace týkající se problematiky kardiostimulace. Použité metody: Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno na základě kvalitativního přístupu. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti pacienty. Výzkumný vzorek byl vybrán na základě účelového a náhodného výběru pomocí metody sněhové koule. Rozhovory byly nahrány, přepsány a následně analyzovány metodou otevřeného kódování.
