Možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením

Abstract

This thesis deals with opportunities of mentally disabled people in society. First of all it is defined the term mental retardation, its degree and causes. The following describes the education and upbringing of mentally handicapped. The thesis also discusses approaches to work with mentally disabled people. Another section deals with supported employment. The aim of this thesis is to determine the possibilities of mentally disabled people in society.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění mentálně postižených osob ve společnosti. Nejprve je definován pojem mentální retardace, její stupně a příčiny. Dále jsou popsány vzdělávání a výchova mentálně postižených. Dále práce pojednává o přístupech práce s mentálně postiženými. Další část se zabývá podporovaným zaměstnáváním. Cílem této práce je zjistit možnosti uplatnění mentálně postižených ve společnosti.
