Informovanost sester o zahraničních misích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou informovanosti sester o zahraničních misích. Jejím cílem je zhodnocení zájmu sester o tento typ akcí, a to v závislosti na věku, pohlaví, dosaženém vzdělání a národnosti. V teoretické části charakterizuji zahraniční humanitární a vojenské mise, roli sester a podmínky jejich účasti v nich, uvádím porovnání obou typů misí a seznamuji s významnými humanitárními organizacemi. Rovněž se věnuji tématům, která s problematikou zahraničních misí úzce souvisí - transkulturnímu ošetřovatelství a některým specifickým druhům onemocnění. V závěru charakterizuji roli České republiky v zahraniční rozvojové spolupráci. Empirická část práce je založena na výzkumu informovanosti sester o zahraničních misích a jejich zájmu o ně a je hlavním podkladem pro naplnění cíle mé bakalářské práce. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the nurses' awareness of foreign missions. Its aim is to evaluate the interest of nurses in this type of projects depending on age, gender, education and nationality. In its theoretical part, I give details about foreign humanitarian and military missions, the role of nurses and the conditions of their participation in them, I compare both types of missions and present important humanitarian organizations. I also deal with topics that are closely related to foreign missions - transcultural nursing and some specific types of illnesses. In conclusion, I characterize the role of the Czech Republic in international development projects. The empirical part of this thesis is based on my research of the nurses' awareness of foreign missions and their interest in them, forming the basis and aim of my bachelor's thesis.
