dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část je rozčleněna na kapitoly, které se zabývají konkrétními postupy při práci s uživatelem v nízkoprahovém klubu. Druhá část je praktická a zabývá se komparativním šetřením, které srovnává vývoj kvality poskytovaných služeb.	cs_CZ
