Profesní role ředitele školy a etika jeho práce

Abstract

Tato teoretická práce se zabývá etikou v práci ředitele základní školy. Po vymezení základních pojmů provádíme popis možností morality člověka. Zabýváme se zejména prvky předporozumění etické praxi, morálnímu vědomí a ctnostem. V další kapitole vymezujeme profesní roli ředitele školy a požadavky na ni na základě různých přístupů. Osobní etika (moralita) na jedné straně a profesní role (erudice) na straně druhé jsou determinantami rozhodování a jednání ředitele školy v situacích s etickou dimenzí. Těžištěm práce je poslední kapitola, kde je provedena analýza vztahů, do kterých ředitel školy vstupuje. Jedná se o vztahy s kolegy ředitele, s žáky, nadřízenými a kontrolními orgány, rodiči, ostatními subjekty v kontextu s celospolečenskou odpovědností školy a její kulturou. V analýze se zaměřujeme na etické aspekty vztahů a formulujeme etická dilemata pro rozhodování ředitele školy. Práce tak po kritickém zhodnocení může sloužit jako podklad pro tvorbu etického kodexu.

This theoretical work deals with the ethics in the work of the headmaster of a primary school. After the definition of main terms, we describe the possibilities of the human morality. We mainly deal with the elements of pre-understanding the ethical practice, moral consciousness (awareness) and virtues. In the next chapter we define the proffesion role of a headmaster and the requirements on it on the base of different issues. The private ethics (morality) and the proffesion role (erudition) are the determinants of the decision-making and the behaviour of a headmaster in situations with ethical dimension. In the last chapter we focus on the point of the work that is the analysis of the relationships of a headmaster. That means the relationships with colleagues of a headmaster, with pupils, with superior and supervisory organs, parents, with the other subjects in context with the social responsibility of a primary school and its corporate culture. The aims of the analysis are the ethical aspects of relationships and the formulation of ethical dilemmas for headmaster's decision-making. After the critical evaluation, the work could be used as a foundation for creation of the code of ethics.
