| dc.description.abstract | In the fi.rst part of this study I have tried to introduce the schema and content of the oldest preserved Greek grammar known as the Techne Grammatike of Dionysios Thrax and show it in the light of its historical background. Attention has been also paid to the authenticity problem connected with the Techne and its dating.
