Práce vymezuje základní pojmy a přístupy vztahující se k termínům "skupina" a "tým" a jejich užití v řízení organizací. Podává metodický přehled, jakým způsobem týmy vytvářet a jak je následně vést. Stěžejní část práce tvoří přehled základních technik používaných týmy pro řešení problémů a jejich charakteristik.

The paper is mapping the key definitions and approaches related to the terms of "team" and "working group" and their application in managing organizations. It provides the overview of the methods of creating and successive leading teams. The focal point of the paper contains the overview of basic creative techniques used by teams in problem solving as well as their key characteristics.
