Klasifikační systém NAS v ošetřovatelské praxi na JIP

Abstract

Cíl diplomové práce je vytvoření překladu skórovacího systému pracovní zátěže sester NAS a instruktážního manuálu pro jeho implementaci. Byl proveden překlad z anglického do českého jazyka, zpětný překlad a následné ověření překladu prostřednictvím pilotní studie. Ověření zprostředkovalo 6 všeobecných sester se specializací v intenzivní péči s dlouholetou praxí v oboru. Díky jejich pomoci a pomoci dalších odborníků se nám podařilo překlad obou dokumentů vytvořit. V těchto dokumentech jsme také zohlednili doporučení, která jsme od sester získali. Podařilo se nám také zjistit časovou náročnost použití NAS.

The objective of this thesis is to create a translation of the NAS nurse workload scoring system and an instructional manual for its implementation. The translation from English to Czech, back translation and subsequent verification of the translation through a pilot study were carried out. The validation was facilitated by 6 General Nurses specialised in intensive care, with many years of experience in the field. Thanks to their help and that of other experts, we were able to produce a translation of both documents. We also took into account the recommendations we received from the nurses in these documents. We were also able to establish the time commitment involved in evaluating NAS.
