Proměny postavení nakladatelského subjektu v letech 1949-1969: Nakladatelství Vyšehrad

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem nakladatelství Vyšehrad, nejstaršího dosud působícího nakladatelství v českých zemích. Záměrem práce bylo analyzovat proměny tohoto nakladatelství v letech 1949-1969 a na jeho příkladu zkoumat, jakým způsobem se v daném období měnilo publikování duchovní literatury. První část práce poskytuje obecný pohled na vývoj knižního trhu v Československu a situaci katolické církve a literatury před a po nástupu komunistického režimu. Druhá část analyzuje vliv politických a kulturních změn na nakladatelství Vyšehrad a jeho bibliografii. This bachelor thesis is focused on the Vyšehrad publishing house, the oldest still-operating publishing house in the Czechia. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the transformation of the publishing house from 1949 to 1969 and, through its example, examine how the publishing of spiritual literature changed during this period. The first part of the thesis provides a general overview of the development of the book market in Czechoslovakia and the situation of the Catholic Church and literature before and after the onset of the communist regime. The second part is focused on analyzing the impact of political and cultural changes on the Vyšehrad publishing house and its bibliography.
