Abstract

1 Abstrakt Stěžejním tématem předkládané diplomové práce s názvem "Komunikační dovednosti manažera a jejich význam" jsou vyjadřovací a komunikační dovednosti manažera (zejména schopnost prezentovat, vysvětlit svůj vlastní názor, efektivně naslouchat druhým, vnímat sdělení jako celek, vést porady atp.), znalost předpokladů úspěšné komunikace a význam jejich rozvoje. Komunikační a vyjadřovací schopnosti jsou zcela zásadním faktorem při úspěšném vedení lidí. Význam efektivní komunikace a také navazování vztahů v rámci spolupráce včetně dodržování firemní kultury jsou nedílnou součástí úspěšnosti a pozitivního vnímání společnosti nejen ze strany zaměstnanců, ale i externích partnerů. Práce se zaměřuje především na celkovou identifikaci a definici komunikačních dovedností manažera, a to především při práci s lidmi a při řešení interpersonálních problémů a konfliktů. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit komunikační dovednosti manažerů vybrané firmy z oblasti maloobchodního prodeje z pohledu zaměstnanců firmy a navrhnout doporučení pro zefektivnění manažerské komunikace. Hlavní metodou sběru dat se stal anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Dotazníkem bylo na základě výpovědí zaměstnanců (respondentů) participujících na tomto kvantitativním výzkumu zjišťováno, jak oni sami subjektivně hodnotí význam...

Mastery of these communication prerequisites is crucial for successful leadership. Effective communication and relationship-building within a cooperative framework, while adhering to company culture, are vital for the positive perception and success of a company, both internally and externally. Central to the thesis is the comprehensive exploration and delineation of managerial communication competencies, particularly in the context of human resource management and conflict resolution. By scrutinizing the communication skills and prerequisites essential for successful interactions, the work aims to assess their proficiency among managers within a selected company, gauging employee perspectives.
