Komunikace pedagogů se žáky základních škol speciálních

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice komunikace pedagogů na základních školách speciálních. V teoretické části se práce zabývá základními pojmy, které jsou rozděleny, pro lepší přehlednost, do kapitol a podkapitol. Konkrétně jsou v diplomové práci zmíněny pojmy zdraví, komunikace žáků a pedagogů, alternativní a augmentativní komunikace, poruchy autistického spektra a vzdělávání těchto žáků. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit preference výběru komunikačních způsobů pedagogem při komunikaci s žákem s poruchou autistického spektra. V praktické části diplomové práce byly použity dvě výzkumné metody. Rozhovor (interview) s pedagogy a případová studie. Konkrétně bylo zjišťováno, jaké komunikační prostředky využívají pedagogové při komunikaci s těmito žáky a pro lepší pochopení problému do hloubky jsou v práci zpracovány i konkrétní kazuistiky některých žáků. Další otázkou, kterou se práce zabývá, jsou možnosti vzdělávání pedagogů v oblasti komunikačních dovedností. The thesis deals with the issue of communication of teachers in special primary schools. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts, which are divided, for better clarity, into chapters and subchapters. Specifically, the thesis mentions the concepts of health, communication between pupils and teachers, alternative and augmentative communication, autism spectrum disorders and education of these pupils. The main aim of the thesis was to find out the preferences of the choice of communication methods by the educator when communicating with a pupil with autism spektrum disorder. Two research methods were used in the practical part of the thesis. Interview with teachers and case study. Specifically, it was investigated what means of communication are used by teachers when communicating with these pupils and for a better understanding of the problem in depth, specific case studies of some pupils are also presented in the thesis. Another issue addressed in the thesis is the possibilities of training teachers in communication skills.
