Abstract

The diploma thesis addresses teacher-student communication during instruction. The objective of the diploma thesis is to evaluate which communicative functions predominate in the teacher's verbal expressions. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of pedagogical communication, describes the functions and forms of pedagogical communication, characterises the participants in pedagogical communication, the organisational forms of instruction, and communication rules. It also clarifies the differences between verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as between a sentence and an utterance, and defines the communicative function from the perspective of an utterance. The practical part of the diploma thesis describes the methodological framework of the research and subsequently specifies the research inquiry. The research employed the observation method, with audio recordings of the environment being made simultaneously; the primary aim was to classify the teacher's utterances based on communicative functions. Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací mezi učitelem a žákem během výuky. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit, které komunikační funkce převažují ve verbálním projevu vyučujícího. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem pedagogická komunikace, jsou popsány funkce a podoby pedagogické komunikace, jsou charakterizováni účastníci pedagogické komunikace, organizační formy výuky a pravidla komunikace, jsou objasněny rozdíly mezi verbální a neverbální komunikací a mezi větou a výpovědí a je definována komunikační funkce z hlediska výpovědi. Praktická část diplomové práce popisuje metodologický rámec výzkumu a následně specifikuje vlastní výzkumné šetření. V rámci výzkumu byly zvoleny metoda pozorování za současného pořizování audionahrávek prostředí, přičemž hlavním cílem bylo klasifikovat učitelovy výpovědi z hlediska komunikačních funkcí, a metoda dotazování, u níž byla data sbírána pomocí dotazníku pro učitele a interview s žáky, s cílem zjistit, jak na komunikaci nahlíží vyučující a žáci. Diplomová práce je zakončena analýzou získaných dat zaměřenou primárně na frekvenci používaných funkcí výpovědi.
