Demografický pasport města Kolín

Abstract

lem této diplomové práce je sestavení demografického pasportu města na konkrétním případu města Kolín. V úvodní části studie je nastíněna obecná problematika veřejné správy a její použití v rámci malých sídelních jednotek. Součástí této práce je i socio-ekonomická analýza města, na jejímž základě jsou vyjmenovány příležitosti a bariéry rozvoje města Kolín. Práce popisuje strukturu obyvatelstva, místní ekonomiku, bytovou situaci, situaci na trhu práce a vybavenost města. Na základě popisu vybraných složek je zpracována SWOT analýza. Práce se dále detailněji zaměřuje na popis demografické situace po roce 1991. Zabývá se stavem a složením obyvatelstva, porodností a plodností, sňatečností, rozvodovostí, úmrtností a migrací. Prostřednictvím této práce jsou uceleně prezentovány informace o obyvatelstvu, které by měly napomoci v procesu rozhodování o dalším směřování vývoje města Kolín. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a demographic passport of a region, concretely the city of Kolín. In the introduction part of the study I have outlined the sphere of public management and its use within small settlements. The work includes also a social-economic analysis of the city which shows the opportunities and barriers to the development of the city of Kolín. The population structure, local economy, housing policy, employment market and city amenities are described here. The description of these components results in the SWOT analysis. The work is focused in bigger detail on the description of the demographic situation after 1991. It deals with the condition and composition of the inhabitants, with birth rate and fertility, marriage-, divorce-, death rates and migration. By force of this work complex information about the inhabitants is presented which should hepl in the decision process about the further direction of the development of the city Kolín.
