dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalarska prace je jednim z moznych pohledu na organizacni kulturu ajeji vliv na Cinnost podniku. Snazila jsem se vysvetlit jednotlive pojmy a jevy, ktere se k organizacni kultufe vazou. Popisuji, CO to organizacni kultur je, CO je jejim obsahem, jake jsou jeji zdroje.
