Visual note-taking jako jedna ze studijních strategií neslyšících studentů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá využíváním strategie visual note-takingu u českých neslyšících vysokoškoláků, kteří v komunikaci face-to-face preferují český znakový jazyk. Koncepce práce vychází z perspektivy Deaf Gain a jejím cílem je popsat, jak vybraní studenti pracují se studijními strategiemi, konkrétně s vytvářením poznámek a nakládáním s nimi, a zda v této oblasti těží ze své dovednosti vizuálně strukturovat svět okolo sebe. Jádrem práce je výzkumná sonda, v níž bylo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi respondenty mapováno, jaké používají formy vizuálního poznámkování (visual note-takingu), proč a v jakých situacích se k nim uchylují a jak si je osvojili. (in English) The paper deals with the use of visual note-taking strategy by Czech, deaf, university students who prefer Czech sign language in face-to-face communication. The design of the thesis is based on the Deaf Gain perspective and aims to describe how the selected students work with learning strategies, specifically with note taking and note making, and whether they benefit from their ability to visually structure the world around them in this area. The core of the thesis is a research probe in which semi-structured interviews with seven respondents mapped what forms of visual note-taking they use, why and in what situations they apply them and how they mastered them.
