Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Jaký časopis potřebují učitelé zeměpisu? - Požadavky učitelů na kvalitní profesní časopis se zaměřuje na analýzu potřeb učitelů zeměpisu na kvalitní profesní časopis. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou klíčové požadavky, které učitelé zeměpisu kladou na časopisy, jež mají sloužit k jejich pedagogické praxi a osobnímu rozvoji. Teoretická část práce vymezuje termín časopis a jaké jsou jeho funkce. Dále se zaměřuje na motivaci a další vzdělávání učitelů. Poslední část teoretické části uzavírá kapitola vybraných geografických časopisech pro učitele. Kapitola obsahuje popis nejvíce stěžejních časopisů této práce, a to konkrétně Dnešní svět a Geografické rozhledy. Výzkumná část práce spočívá v polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s učiteli základních škol a gymnázií. Analýza zjištěných požadavků může přispět k lepšímu porozumění, jaký obsah, forma a téma je pro učitele zeměpisu stěžejní. Z výzkumných otázek vyplívá, že všichni respondenti se s odbornými geografickými časopisy setkali a 16 ze 17 respondentů časopisy využívá ve své výuce. Respondenti časopisy nejčastěji používají jako zdroj inspirace pro výuku či jako zdroj nových nebo aktuálních informací. This bachelor's thesis titled "What magazine do geography teachers need? - Teachers` requirements for the quality teachers` journal " focuses on analyzing the needs of geography teachers regarding a quality professional magazine. The aim of this thesis is to determine the key requirements that geography teachers have for magazines that are meant to serve their pedagogical practice and personal development. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term "magazine" and outlines its functions. It also delves into the motivation and further education of teachers. The final section of the theoretical part concludes with a chapter on selected geographical magazines for teachers. This chapter provides a description of the most critical magazines discussed in the thesis, specifically Dnešní svět and Geografické rozhledy. The research part of the thesis involves semi-structured interviews with elementary and high school teachers. The analysis of the identified requirements can contribute to a better understanding of the content, form, and topics that are crucial for geography teachers. The research questions indicate that all respondents have encountered professional geographical magazines, and 16 out of 17 respondents use these magazines in their teaching.
